Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the website kusadasiboattours.com or booking any tour with Kusadasi Boat Tours. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Kusadasi Boat Tours provides guided boat tour experiences departing from Güvercinada Harbor, Kusadasi, Turkey. All tours are subject to availability, weather conditions and minimum participant requirements.

2. Reservations & Payments

• Reservations can be made via our website contact form, WhatsApp or telephone.
• A reservation is confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.
• Full payment or a deposit (as communicated at booking) is required to secure your spot.
• Prices displayed are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Participants are responsible for their own health and must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Consumption of alcohol before or during tours is at the discretion of the captain and crew. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the captain and crew.

5. Health & Safety

The safety of our guests and crew is our highest priority. All our boats are equipped with life-saving equipment as required by Turkish maritime law. Participants are required to wear life jackets when instructed by the crew. Kusadasi Boat Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour at any time due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, with no penalty to the guest.

6. Liability

Kusadasi Boat Tours and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from participation in our tours, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Participation in water-based activities carries inherent risks, and guests participate at their own risk. We strongly recommend that all guests carry personal travel insurance.

7. Photography & Media

Photos and videos taken during our tours may be shared on our social media channels and marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform a crew member before departure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on kusadasiboattours.com — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Kusadasi Boat Tours and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aydın, Turkey.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
