Cancellation Policy | Kusadasi Boat Tours

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible to both our guests and our operations team. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

1. Cancellation by the Guest

The following refund schedule applies to cancellations made by the guest:

More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund of any amount paid, or free rescheduling to another available date.
24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund, or free rescheduling to another available date (subject to availability).
Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund. Rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.
No-show (failure to arrive at the departure point): No refund.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Rescheduled tours are subject to availability. A tour may only be rescheduled once; subsequent changes may be subject to an administration fee.

3. Cancellation Due to Weather

The safety of our guests is paramount. If a tour is cancelled by Kusadasi Boat Tours due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues or force majeure events, guests will receive:

A full refund of any amount paid, or
A complimentary rescheduling to the next available date of their choice.

Weather-related cancellations are determined solely by our captain and operations team based on maritime safety standards. We do not issue refunds for personal weather-related preferences (e.g., a guest choosing not to travel due to light rain when the tour proceeds as scheduled).

4. Partial Cancellations (Group Bookings)

For group bookings, cancellations of individual participants within the group follow the same schedule as above, based on the number of days prior to departure. The remaining participants' booking remains valid.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via:

Please include your booking reference number and the names of all participants when contacting us. Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase personal travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies and personal belongings. Kusadasi Boat Tours is not responsible for costs associated with travel, accommodation or other personal arrangements in the event of a tour cancellation.
